I am always on the lookout for great tasting vegetarian & vegan products… Quorn Vegan, definitely does not disappoint. The main ingredient in this product is Mycoprotein a member of the fungi/mould family. So what I love about this product is the texture and the way it lends itself to absorbing flavours, for me that is very important and exactly what I look out for…:-) This is my recipe creation with Quorn Vegan Spicy Burgers which I call Brinjal Chips & Cheese Quorn Spicy Burger Tower
