
Veganuary is a UK non-profit organisation that encourages people to go vegan for the month of January as a way to promote and educate about a vegan lifestyle. A vegan diet means omitting all animal products which includes meat fish, poultry, dairy, eggs as well as honey. This could seem rather daunting but not to worry, because I have put together a tasty one-week vegan meal plan for you 🙂 Now, planning is key therefore I suggest going through the plan and purchase the ingredients well ahead of time.
