
This has got to be one of my favourite desserts to make. Because it is quick, easy and oh so delicious. It can be made ahead of time as the whipped Orley cream holds well.
Ingredients:
Prep: 10-15 minutes Serves: 4
1 pack Oreos Blitzed in a food processor
1 bottle Orley whip vegan cream
1/4 cup (60ml)+30ml cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp (45ml) or 1/4 cup (60ml) icing sugar (you may adjust the quantity according to your desired sweetness level.
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract or essence
Whisk all the ingredients together to form a thick consistency.
Toppings: Fruits (Strawberries, Raspberries, blueberries) choose whatever you prefer.
A few mint leaves for additional colour.
To serve:
In 4 small separate glasses or bowls – Spoon in the crushed Oreos (reserve a tablespoon for a final garnish).
Spoon in or pipe the whipped Orley whip into to the glasses.
Top with fruit of your choice and a final sprinkling of Oreos.
You may serve immediately or chilled.
